This is a custom Outlook Add-in that provides classification services for Outlook messages. The application allows the sender to classify their email. Usually this would be used in a environment where sensitive, secure or classified mail is distributed. The user indicates the classification of the email (such as Secret, Top Secret, Company Confidential, etc) and it is then reflected in the email message body. In addition, the label is retained when the user is replying or forwarding the email.
Labeling of messages will also help automated systems (such as content scanners) identify outbound messages that have sensitive content.
