The Oljourn.exe file contains the Microsoft Outlook Journaling white paper. This document provides a detailed description of the Outlook Journaling feature of the Office Compatible program and the steps necessary to implement this feature into your custom application. It also provides sample code for both a C/C++ interface and an Automation interface accessible from Visual Basic or Visual Basic for Applications.
