Multi-User Environment: Outlook-To-ACT Migration Professional is setup to migrate your contacts from Outloook to ACT including user specific fields, appointments, tasks, notes, categories and much more. Login as the user and all the respective tasks and meetings are transferred over.

PIM Supported: The software has been tested on Outlook 2000/2002 and ACT!, ACT! 6.0. The software does not erase the data being converted.

Field Conversion and Remapping: Outlook-To-ACT Migration Professional migrates all the fields from Outlook into ACT! including user defined fields. It provides with a default set of fields matched but allows the user to rematch all the fields to be converted to ACT for absolute flexibility.

Selective Conversion: Select which contacts to convert from the list of available Outlook contacts.

Intelligent Updater: Our innovative intelligent updater will only convert contacts/events that have been modified for faster processing.

Activity Selection: Outlook-To-ACT Migration Professional allows the user to select which activities should be converted to Outlook therefore reducing the number of entries in the journal and/or notes.

Immediate Results: Enter the path of the database and click convert to perform the conversion. Convert Tasks, Appointments, and Quick Notes, Contact Notes and Journal from Outlook into your ACT! database.

Evaluation Period: The evaluation period is 15 days or a conversion of up to 50 contacts, whichever comes first. Once either limit has been reached, the software will state that the evaluation period has expired. Purchasing the product will enable you to convert as many contacts as possible in your system.
