Quickly Convert, Update, and Transfer Outlook Contacts into ACT!

Easy Use: Install, and you are ready to go. Merge and folder flexibility allows you to transfer your Outlook Contact Information into ACT!

PIM Supported: The software has been tested on ACT! and ACT! 6.0. The software does not erase the data being converted. Both Stand Alone and Networked (Exchange) versions of Outlook are supported.

Fields Converted: The Following Outlook fields are converted: The primary Outlook contact data. No tasks, notes, or calendar events are transferred. All email fields in Outlook are transferred into ACT!.

Outlook Support: Select different Outlook Contact Folders to convert. Visual Folder selection Local and Exchange Support.

Contact Update Options: User-Managed Update Support Features Smart duplicate contact identification reduces duplicate contact creation. Update options to overwrite or ignore duplicate records.

Immediate Results: Enter the path of the database and click convert to perform the conversion.

Evaluation Period: The evaluation period is 30 days or a conversion of up to 30 contacts, whichever comes first. Once either limit has been reached, the software will state that the evaluation period has expired. Purchasing the product will enable you to convert as many contacts as possible in your system.
