PIM Supported: The software has been tested on ACT!. The software does not erase the data being converted.

Number of Users: Supported ACT-To-Outlook Convert has been designed to be used with single user ACT! Databases. For Multi-User ACT! Databases, use ACT-To-Outlook Professional.

Fields Converted: The ACT! fields converted are the contact data, related to-do's, calls, and meetings, and the notes/history for each contact.

Immediate Results: Enter the path of the database and click convert to perform the conversion. Convert Todo's, Calls, and Meetings from ACT! into your Outlook Database.

Evaluation Period: The evaluation period is 15 days or a conversion of up to 30 contacts, whichever comes first. Once either limit has been reached, the software will state that the evaluation period has expired. Purchasing the product will enable you to convert as many contacts as possible in your system.

Duplicate Checking: ACT-To-Outlook Converter checks for duplicate records while converting. If it finds a match, the destination record is not overwritten..

Field Matching: ACT-To-Outlook attempts to copy all fields that have a matching correspondent on Outlook.

Limitations: There are no known limitations on the number of contacts that you can convert.
