The Professional version of ACT-To-Outlook Convert with field remapping, activity filters, and group conversion of your ACT! database into Outlook. ACT-To-Outlook Professional extends the already great capabilities of ACT-To-Outlook Convert with field remapping, Activities filter, Group-Selection and Conversion, and much more. A great tool for a Professional conversion of ACT-To-Outlook.
Multi-User Environment: ACT-To-Outlook Professional is setup to convert user specific meetings, todo's, and calls in ACT! Password Protected databases. Simply login as the user and all the respective tasks and meetings are transferred over.
PIM Supported: The software has been tested on ACT! and ACT! 6.0. The software does not erase the data being converted.
Field Conversion and Remapping: ACT-To-Outlook Professional Converts all the fields from ACT! into Outlook. It provides with a default set of fields matched but allows the user to rematch all the fields to be converted to Outlook for absolute flexibility. Create Outlook user defined fields from the interface and have these fields mapped to ACT! fields.
Selective Conversion: Select which contacts to convert by:
- Selecting one or many contacts to convert from a given list
- By selecting groups to convert. Convert groups and subgroups with the click of a button
Activity Selection: ACT-To-Outlook Professional allows the user to select which activities should be converted to Outlook therefore reducing the number of entries in the journal and/or notes.
Immediate Results: Enter the path of the database and click convert to perform the conversion. Convert Todo's, Calls, and Meetings from ACT! into your Outlook Database.
Evaluation Period: The evaluation period is 15 days or a conversion of up to 50 contacts, whichever comes first.
