isAddressSync
This tool copies addresses from a contact folder in your personal contact folder. You can also copy contacts from different folders at the same time and use one or many queries. This is the base for syncing your addresses with your smartphone, PDA, etc.
isDuplicateFinder
Do you often have duplicates for example in your calendar because you have synced Outlook with your smartphone or PDA? This tool finds and removes these duplicates. isDuplicateFinder works in all Outlook folders: contacts, tasks, notes, etc.
isAddressSelect
In Outlook contacts and several lists there are basic settings how your informations are shown. With isAddressSelect you can set the formats which are shown in the field „save as“. For example last “name, given name (company)”.
If you choose another format for these field, from than on entries are saved in the new way, but the old entries are not changed.
isAddressSelect brings all your contacts in a consistent view.
Another basic setting in Outlook, which telephone number is shown in the Outlook form: with isAddressSelect you can choose, which information should be shown in the fields for all your contacts; telephone business, private, address business, private, other, …
isReplace
In the Outlook contacts you can only change the categories in one step for all your addresses.
Know, with isReplace, one of the modules in Toolbox for Outlook, you are able to change every field in the contacts (without system fields) in one shot!
